Q. Is this a training program?

Definitely not, this is a Doing Program. We will provide the framework, guidance and help but it is up to you to create the content. You are best placed to know what is happening with your business and where you want to take it, we are providing the tools and support to make the changes a reality.

Q. Transforming your business in 14 days seems like a load of crap, what will I get at the end of 14 days?

The answer to that is dependent on the effort and work that you put into the program. Yes, you are unlikely to have completed the critical thinking and done the work to have totally transformed your business in 14 days, but I guarantee that you will have done the critical thinking, identified the projects and have a plan of attack to transform your business. The program is about managing the overwhelming feeling about where to start and the problem is too big. We work out what is the big picture goal and then work out all the small steps we need to do to get there. Activity creates momentum.

Q. What happens if I don’t complete the program in 14 days?

We will be your accountability buddies for this program and will do everything we can to have you successfully completing the program in 14 days. We chose the 14 days to create absolute focus and to generate momentum so we strongly recommend that you put the time aside the time to achieve the target timeframe. If at the end of the 14 days you have still not completed the program we will continue to support you, all members of our community will have ongoing access to our members only Facebook group and the weekly Q&A webinars. We can provide ongoing mentoring on an as required basis.

Q. What support do I get from you?

Both the basic and fully supported packages include ongoing support for you and your business. Both packages include introductory calls to introduce you to the program and to step you through what we will be doing. Both packages also provide access to a Facebook community where you connect with business owners who are also doing the program. We provide a weekly Q&A webinar that allows you to ask questions and also importantly listen to the questions that other business owners are asking and how we are helping them to achieve their goals. The fully supported package includes daily access to a mentor to answer any questions and provide assistance to solve problems or to access resources.

Q. How many hours a day will the program take to complete in 14 days?

To get the most out of the program you will need to commit at least two hours a day to the program. The time you need to spend on the program will be dependent on the status of your current business, the clarity you have on your new business and the amount of work required to move from where you are to where you need to be.

Q. What if I start on the DIY level and want to upgrade to a supported level?

You can upgrade levels within the program at any time. Just let us know and we will upgrade you. You will only need to pay the difference in pricing and we will reset the clock on the new program and keep going to achieve your goals.
